⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Feels Like a Fake Product
I ordered the Forest Essentials Hair Cleanser and Oil (50 ml each), and unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with haircare products.Right from the start, I was skeptical about the authenticity—the packaging was very poor, and there were no seals on either of the bottles. For a premium brand like Forest Essentials, I expected properly sealed and securely packaged items. This immediately raised doubts about whether I received original products or tampered ones.After using them, things only got worse. I started experiencing tremendous hair fall, far more than usual. To make matters worse, I developed severe dandruff and itching, which I never had before. These products were supposed to improve hair health, but they ended up damaging mine.This has left me extremely disappointed and concerned. Either the product was fake, or something was seriously wrong with the batch I received. I will definitely not repurchase and would caution others to check packaging and authenticity carefully before use.
