It's great sunscreen , it does protect from tanning comparatively . If blended properly it doesn't leave white cast. gives glowy finish to the face on application . Try small one first for skin sensitivity check .
Looks like the vendor has scratched off the original details from the pack and then glued a shady looking print. Could be expired or any other detail that the vendor is trying to hide. Doesn’t give confidence to apply on my skin.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer SPF 50+ is amazing for daily use.The texture is very lightweight and non-greasy, leaves no sticky feel on the face at all.In summer, my face doesn't get oily.
