Healthy
As 9 in 1 snack mix is very healthy for our body, especially during this tough time, I started to have this from the last lockdown where I had health issues but after having this. I can say I have seen results like weight loss, boost metabolism, high fibre and rich in protein. It's a great combination to have all the seeds in one pack.
