Abdolute Junk - This destroyed my sleep!
This totally disrupted my sleep every time I took it before sleeping. I gave it multiple tries and the correlation of this with total sleep loss is confirmed. It caused me to be in a wired state where the brain just could not enter the restful sleep state leaving me tired and sick in the day. The ingredients have to be total junk and is in no way pure chelated magnesium glycinate. I threw it away to save my health.I have used real high quality chelated magnesium glycinate from USA earlier and it had not caused such issues.I returned to my natural foods - spirulina powder and pumpkin seeds - for immediate deep, restful sleep and they work for me everytime.The Indian supplement industry is an unregulated disaster rife with dishonesty, fraud and absolute junk that can be disastrous to health. That's why I get all my supplements from USA even though they cost more. I had thought of giving this highly rated magnesium a try and I learnt my lesson.
