Rasayanam Plant Based Omega-3 Capsules 1600mg, Pure Algae, Gelatin Free - 60 Capsules

Who it's for

Choose plant-based omega-3 capsules if fish oil does not fit your diet. Rasayanam positions the adult formula for vegan and plant-based routines, and buyers repeatedly point to the vegetarian algae source as the main reason they picked it.

Take a gelatin-free option when you want omega-3 without fish-derived ingredients. The supplement comes in unflavoured capsule form and includes 60 capsules in one pack.

When you'd use it

Use algae omega-3 when daily support is focused on heart, brain, joints, or recovery. The stated benefits cover cardiovascular support, brain health, inflammation management, joint mobility, muscle recovery, and skin hydration.

Reach for a plant-based omega-3 routine if workouts leave you sore or if you want a non-fish source in a broader wellness plan. Product details also position DHA and EPA around memory, focus, and managing mental fatigue.

What makes it different

Pick pure algae when you want omega-3 closer to the original source. The formula skips fish oil and uses 1600mg algal powder per serving, with stated amounts of 450mg EPA and 150mg DHA in a gelatin-free adult capsule.

Look to the testing details if ingredient screening matters. The product says the formula is lab tested for heavy metals, approved by the Ministry of Ayush, and GMP certified.

What buyers say

Expect strong approval for the vegan, plant-based format and more mixed reactions on digestion. Many buyers say the supplement fits their lifestyle, and some mention good digestion or no aftertaste, while others report burps lasting for hours.

Note that shopper feedback is not one-sided. Some reviewers find the supplement effective for general use or muscle recovery, but others question the smell, value, and the stated EPA and DHA quantity.
