Recipes/Ways to Use:_x000D_
Mango Kalakand - Recipe:_x000D_
Desai Bandhu’s Mango pulp – ½ cup_x000D_
Paneer – 1 cup_x000D_
Almonds – 4_x000D_
Pistachio – 8_x000D_
Green cardamom – 4_x000D_

Directions:_x000D_
Thinly slice almonds and pistachios and make powder of cardamom._x000D_
Crumble the paneer with hand._x000D_
Take a pan, add mango pulp and sugar._x000D_
Cook it until the sugar melts and mango pulp becomes thick._x000D_
Add paneer in the cooked mango pulp and stir continuously until it becomes thick._x000D_
Add almond and pistachios in the mixture as well._x000D_
Cook until it gets thick consistency._x000D_
Turn off the gas and add cardamom powder in the mixture._x000D_
Grease plate with ghee and pour the kalakand mixture evenly with ¾ inch thickness in square shape._x000D_
It takes 2-3 hours to freeze the kalakand._x000D_
Once it freezes, cut it in to any shape or size as per your desire._x000D_
Mango kalakand is ready.
