Jackfruit365 Green Jackfruit Flour, 800 g (2 x 400 g)

Who is green jackfruit flour for?

Green jackfruit flour suits buyers who want more fibre in everyday Indian-style meals, especially people watching carb intake or following a vegetarian diet. Pack details mark the powder as low carb, suitable for diabetics, and free from preservatives. Reviews also repeatedly describe the flour as good quality and useful in health-focused routines.

When would you use green jackfruit flour?

Green jackfruit flour fits into meals you already cook instead of requiring a separate recipe plan. Directions suggest 1 tablespoon per person per meal mixed into regular flour or batter, and shoppers mention using it in chapati, roti, idli, and dosa. Some also stir the powder into dal, sabji, cakes, or muffins.

What makes it different from many specialty flours?

Green jackfruit flour stands out because the flavor stays neutral and the powder blends in easily. Buyers say it combines well with wheat flour, and some mention softer chapati or dosa texture when used in small amounts. The ingredient list stays simple with green jackfruit flour, while pack details note dietary fibre, soluble fibre, and protein.

What do buyers say about results?

Buyers consistently connect green jackfruit flour with blood-sugar-conscious eating. Customer feedback says many people use it as part of diabetes-focused routines, and one summary mentions positive results after 90 days of regular use. Feedback is not identical across every household, though, with a smaller group saying results or value did not meet expectations.

What is good to know before opening the pack?

Green jackfruit flour is meant for regular small servings rather than a full flour replacement. The total quantity is 800 g, sold as two 400 g packs, which can make storage more manageable for steady use at home. After opening, keep the powder in an airtight container so the flour stays ready for daily cooking.
