Bright & colorful

The balloons were bright and colorful. The banner was also good. Both red & white ribbons are provided. There are accessories to open the slit in the foil balloon easily. One disadvantage: there is no provision to hang the balloon. We can only stick it with cello tape or double side adhesive.
