It stopped my hairfall like magic but the third bottle onwards i can see change in thw texture and smell of this oil , the oil used to absorb but now it's not . Avimee has declined it's quality with the growing demand .

Extremely Disappointed with the New Hairtone PV1 – Smells Awful and Causing Hair Loss
I’ve been a loyal user of Hairtone PV1 Scalp Tonic for over 2 years and absolutely loved the old version — it had a refreshing natural fragrance and genuinely helped with my scalp and hair health.However, the new packaging and formulation are a complete disappointment. The product has lost its original fragrance, now smells strongly chemical, feels harsh on the scalp, and is far less effective. In fact, after using the new version for a few weeks, I started noticing increased hair fall, something that never happened before.I purchased two bottles — one from Amazon (Batch No: HCSS-103) and another directly from the Avimee mobile app (Batch No: HCSS-111). My most recently finished bottle was Batch No: HCSS-174, and that’s when I noticed this drastic drop in quality.I tried reaching out to the Avimee team through WhatsApp, Instagram, their support email, and even over phone calls, but received no response at all. The customer support has been completely unresponsive, which is very disappointing.To make matters worse, I even tried posting this honest review on Avimee’s official website, but they keep deleting my feedback every single time. This raises serious questions about their transparency and how they handle genuine customer concerns.At this point, I’m left with no other option but to consider taking this matter to the Consumer Court for the change in formulation and misleading claims made under the “new packaging.” I’ve already started gathering documentation and professional advice to proceed further if Avimee continues to ignore customer complaints.Overall, the so-called “new and fresh” Hairtone PV1 is pathetic compared to the original — it smells chemical, feels synthetic, and is no longer effective. Unless Avimee restores the original formulation and fragrance, I will not be buying this product again.
