I am extremely disappointed with the Mamaearth Vitamin C Face Wash. I purchased this product with high expectations, but within just 2 days of use, my skin condition has worsened significantly. I started experiencing breakouts, irritation, and redness, which I never had before using this product.This clearly indicates that the product did not suit my skin and may not be as “gentle” or “safe” as claimed. I trusted the brand, but this experience has been very upsetting.I request the Mamaearth team to kindly look into this issue on priority. I would like a refund or appropriate resolution for this order, even though the return window has just passed. This is a genuine case of skin reaction, not a misuse of the product.I am willing to share photos and further details if required. Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.Very poor experience. Not recommended.
