Why this package is open. And it's looking like a used Product. It's really disappointing that without checking the product delivered to the customer.

Quality issues
A fake one most probably. The tip even broke of just at first use. Know it’s not original as it smudges off easily and within few hours of application only.

Caused eye infection
I developed an eye infection after using this product. When I consulted an ophthalmologist, they suggested that I stop using my eye pencil for a week to determine if it was the cause of the infection. After a week, once the inflammation had reduced, I resumed using the pencil. Unfortunately, shortly after doing so, my eyes swelled again, confirming that the pencil was indeed the source of the problem. I've been using kajal pencil for decades and have never experienced anything like this before.
