We'd rather make it right than make it hard. Damaged, expired or wrong? Tell us within 30 days with a photo and we'll refund or replace it.
Because we ship food and perishables worldwide, our returns policy is a little different from a typical store. Here's exactly how it works.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel any order before it has shipped for a full refund — just message us with your BZ-XXXXX order ID. Once a parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled; you'd follow the return steps below instead.
You have 30 days.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must also be shipped back to us within that same 30-day window to qualify for a refund.
Arrived damaged or expired?
If a product arrives damaged or past its date, report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo or supporting document. Once we've verified it, we'll issue a full refund — for perishable goods you won't need to ship anything back.
A note on food items.
For health and safety reasons, food items are generally non-returnable once delivered. That said, if something isn't right, talk to us — we handle these case by case and almost always find a fair outcome.
We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts that abuse the returns process.
Getting your money back.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Where Bazaar5 or one of our sellers got it wrong, we resolve the refund based on the order details and circumstances — and we'll keep you posted on WhatsApp at each step.
