We ship authentic Indian products to more than 90 countries — duty paid, door to door, with same-day dispatch on most orders.
Orders are picked, packed and handed to our carriers quickly — most dispatch the same day. Perishables travel in temperature-controlled packaging so they arrive in good condition wherever you are.
How long it takes.
Delivery time depends on your destination. These are typical business-day estimates once an order is dispatched:

These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and local couriers can add a day or two. We'll always share tracking so you can follow along.
What it costs.
Orders above $30 (or the local-currency equivalent) ship free, worldwide. Below that, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
No surprises at the door.
For shoppers in the US, UK, EU and Australia, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all duties and customs fees are calculated and included in your checkout total. You won't be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
A few lanes — Singapore, the UAE, New Zealand — may need a one-time KYC document on the carrier's side. If yours does, we'll send you the link on WhatsApp.
Following your parcel.
The moment your order leaves our warehouse, we send a tracking link on WhatsApp — and again as it clears customs and lands at your door. Signed-in customers can also track any order from the Orders page using the BZ-XXXXX reference.
What we can't ship everywhere.
A small number of products can't ship to certain countries. We won't let you check those out, but it helps to know why:
- Fresh dairy (paneer, yoghurt) — too perishable for long transit.
- Honey-based products — restricted in Australia and parts of the EU.
- Some Ayurvedic preparations — pending local FDA / TGA registration.
