Not for hot weather
I purchased this cream specifically because it was marketed as suitable for hot, dry weather — and I live in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, where summers (April) wereare brutal. Unfortunately, this product was a complete letdown for me.The moment I applied it, my skin felt suffocated. It sits extremely heavily on the skin, leaving a thick, oily residue that just does not absorb. My skin literally could not breathe. What made it even more frustrating was that despite how greasy it felt, I still had dry patches — so it wasn’t even doing its one job of moisturizing properly. It just felt irritating and uncomfortable throughout the day.I really wanted this to work, given how it is positioned for warm, dry conditions. But if anything, it feels like a product better suited for people living in cold climates, where that kind of heavy, occlusive texture might actually be welcome.Maybe it simply did not suit my skin type, and I’ll give it that benefit of the doubt — but based on my experience, I would not recommend this cream to anyone living in a hot weather region, especially cities like Lucknow where heat and humidity are already a challenge for the skin.Save your money and look for something lighter and more breathable for summer use.
